Notice is hereby given that on August 15, 2009, The S & W Drive-In System, Inc., an Ohio corporation, having its principal office at 4241 Mockingbird Lane, Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio 43623, by resolution of its shareholders and board of directors, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs, and that a Certificate of such Dissolution was filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio on October 29, 2009.
Directors of The S & W Drive-In System, Inc. are Dennis V. Stacy and Sherianne Stacy.
