DISSOLUTION
TO ALL CREDITORS & CLAIMANTS OF
THE ERIE POLISHING COMPANY:
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1701.87 of the Ohio Revised Code, you are hereby notified that on October 29, 2009, by virtue of a resolution of the Shareholders, the Erie Polishing Company, an Ohio corporation, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs, and that a Certificate of Dissolution has been duly filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio.
