DISSOLUTION
On May 8, 2009, TOPOUT ERECTORS, INC., an Ohio corporation, having its principal office in Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, by resolution of its shareholders, elected to voluntarily dissolve and wind up its affairs pursuant to Section 1701.86, Ohio Revised Code effective May 15, 2009. A Certificate of Dissolution was filed in the Office of the Secretary of State of Ohio on or about October 6, 2009.
