TO ALL CREDITORS & CLAIMANTS OF
THE QIBLAWE CORPORATION:
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1701.87 of the Ohio Revised Code, you are hereby notified that on the 15th day of October, 2009, THE QIBLAWE CORPORATION, an Ohio corporation, by virtue of a resolution of the shareholders elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs, and that a Certificate of Dissolution has been duly filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio.
