Notice Content: NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION
In accordance with Section 1701.87 of the Ohio Revised Code, please take notice that on July 16, 2009, Wedgewood of Sylvania Investors, Inc., an Ohio corporation having its principal place of business in Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, duly adopted a resolution to dissolve and wind up its affairs and on said date a certificate of dissolution was filed with the Ohio Secretary of State thereby dissolving Wedgewood of Sylvania Investors, Inc.
