Notice is hereby given that as of July 1, 2009, B & T Associates, Inc., an Ohio corporation, having its principal office in Monclova, Ohio, by resolution of its sole Shareholder, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs, and that a Certificate of Dissolution was filed in the Office of the Secretary of State of Ohio on July 15, 2009.
