Notice is hereby given that on April 2, 2009, COLLEGE BUSINESS CORPORATION & JL BUSINESS CORPORATION, both Ohio corporations, having their principal office at 3125 Glendale Ave., Toledo, Ohio 43614, by resolution of their respective sole Shareholder and sole Director, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs, and that a Certificate of such Dissolution was filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio.
