Notice is hereby given that Steeltech Fabrication, Inc., an Ohio corporation, having its principal office in Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, by resolution of its sole shareholder elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs as of February 17, 2009, and that a Certificate of such Dissolution was filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio on February 20, 2009.
