Notice is hereby given that as of August 14, 2008, Warren Thomas Compassion Action Foundation, an Ohio nonprofit corporation, having its principal office in Toledo, Ohio, pursuant to a resolution of the director of Warren Thomas Compassion Action Foundation, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs, and that a certificate of such dissolution was filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio on August 21, 2008.
