Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1701.87 of the Ohio Revised Code, you are hereby notified that on the 13th day of June, 2008, by virtue of a resolution of the shareholders, TSA, Inc. elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs, and that a Certificate of Dissolution has been duly filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio.
