TO ALL CREDITORS & CLAIMANTS OF
THE FOSTORIA IRON & METAL COMPANY:
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1701.87 of the Ohio Revised Code, you are hereby notified that on the 25th day of March, 2008, The Fostoria Iron & Metal Company, an Ohio corporation, by virtue of a resolution of the Shareholders, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs, and that a Certificate of Dissolution has been duly filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio.
