TO ALL CREDITORS & CLAIMANTS OF
STRAN-AIR, INC.:
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1701.87 of the Ohio Revised Code, you are hereby notified that on the 8th day of December, 2006, Stran-Air, Inc., an Ohio corporation, by virtue of a resolution of the sole shareholder, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs, and that a Certificate of Dissolution has been duly filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio.
