Notice is hereby given that on May 22, 2007, Burt Moose, Inc., an Ohio corporation, having its principal office at 1841 Albon Road, Springfield Township, Lucas County, Ohio, by resolution of its respective sole Shareholder and sole Director, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs, and that a Certificate of such Dissolution was filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio on July 3, 2007.
The sole Director of Burt Moose, Inc. is Sue Moose.
