Ohio Secretary of State ("SSOH") is designated as agent of the corporation upon whom process against it may be served. SSOH shall mail copy of process to Andrew J. Persons, 3069 Carpenter Rd., Ypsilanti MI 48197; the officer upon whom process against the corporation may be served. Articles of Incorporation are on file with the Ohio Secretary of State, 30 E.
