DISSOLUTION OF
TOLEDO WIRELESS, INC.
Notice of Voluntary Dissolution of Toledo Wireless, Inc., an Ohio corporation organized on 10/4/1999. Ohio Secretary of State ("SSOH") is designated as agent of the corporation upon whom process against it may be served. SSOH shall mail copy of process to Andrew J. Persons, 3069 Carpenter Rd., Ypsilanti MI 48197; the officer upon whom process against the corporation may be served. Articles of Incorporation are on file with the Ohio Secretary of State, 30 E. Broad Street, 14th Floor, Columbus, OH 43266-0418. All claims must include precise details and must be received no later than six (6) months from the effective date of the written notice. All claims received later than six (6) months the effective date of the written notice will be barred.
