Notice Content: NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF
GLASS CITY AUTO GLASS, INC.
Notice is hereby given that on August 15, 2006, Glass City Auto Glass, Inc., an Ohio corporation, having its principal office at P.O. Box 433, Maumee, Ohio 43537, by resolution of its sole Shareholder and sole Director, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs, and that a Certificate of such Dissolution was filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio on October 20, 2006. The sole Director of Glass City Auto Glass, Inc. is Carl Caywood.
