Gonzalez, Attorney Reiko Ishida, whose last known place of residence was in Japan, but whose present place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Jessie Ray Duke filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, Branch of Domestic Relations, in Case No. DR2007-0413 against the Defendant praying for divorce; that Plaintiff be awarded his separate property and an equitable share of the marital property; that plaintiff be designated Residential Parent and Legal Custodian of the minor children; for costs of this action and attorney fees; and other and further relief as deem appropriate by the Court.
