Reiko Ishida, whose last known place of residence was in Japan, but whose present place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Jessie Ray Duke filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, Branch of Domestic Relations, in Case No. DR2007-0413 against the Defendant praying for divorce; that Plaintiff be awarded his separate property and an equitable share of the marital property; that plaintiff be designated Residential Parent and Legal Custodian of the minor children; for costs of this action and attorney fees; and other and further relief as deem appropriate by the Court. Grounds alleged: extreme cruelty and gross neglect of duty, plaintiff and defendant are incompatible.
Answer must be filed by January 14, 2009 after which date said complaint will be set for hearing.

TO: Defendants Aline A. Mayer and/or the Estate of Aline A. Mayer, John Doe #1, the unknown surviving spouse, if any, of Aline A. Mayer, John Doe #2, the unknown Executor or Administrator of the Estate of Aline A. Mayer, John Does #3-5, the unknown heirs, beneficiaries and legatees of the Estate of Aline A. Mayer, and John Does #6-10, the unknown creditors of the Estate of Aline A. Mayer, last known address being 2654 Eastvale, Oregon, Ohio 43616, and the identities and current addresses of all of them being unknown.
Plaintiff has brought this action by filing a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas on September 5, 2008, naming you as Defendants.
The object of the Complaint is to obtain judgment on a Note signed by Aline A. Mayer and foreclosure of a Mortgage on the following described real property:
The East Forty-four (44) feet of Lot Number One Hundred Eighty-eight (188) and the West Twenty-one (21) feet of Lot Number One Hundred Eighty-nine (189) in Eastmoreland II, a subdivision in the City of Oregon, Lucas County, Ohio. Parcel No. 44-60124. 2654 Eastvale, Oregon, Ohio 43616.
The Complaint alleges that these Defendants may have or claim an interest in the premises by virtue of inheritance, intestacy, bequests under an unknown Will, debts owned by Aline A. Mayer or her Estate or otherwise.
The Complaint prays that these Defendants be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said Mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and for the sale of said real estate, with the proceeds of said sale to be applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 7th day of January, 2009, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
