The relief demanded is a judgment against the Defendant, Edward F. Balcar, in the amount of $152,550.80, along with interest at the rate of 6.5% per annum from April 1, 2010, until paid, and for court costs; and judgment against the Defendant, Edward F. Balcar, in the amount of $50,231.00, along with interest at the rate of 6.0% per annum from February 26, 2010; that said mortgages may be foreclosed and the said real estate described herein be sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of Plaintiff's claim; further that defendants, the wives and husbands and former wives and husbands of Anna M. Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that I, James A. Telb, Sheriff of Lucas County, Ohio, will sell each parcel at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder at or above the "Minimum Bid," which is the total amount of the findings for the Tax Certificate Holder, at Lucas County Courthouse, Adams & Erie Streets, Toledo, Ohio, at 10:00 a.m. on the 12th day of August, 2010, and if any parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale, under the same terms and at the same place on the 26th day of August, 2010, for an amount sufficient to satisfy the Judgment against the parcel.

NOTE: Per Section 5721.38 of the Ohio Revised Code, an owner of a parcel may redeem his property by payment in full of all taxes and costs until the sale of such parcel is confirmed by the Court approximately 15 days after the sale.
