ODNR seeks to clean up Ohio one tire at a time

Plea cannot be withdrawn because defendant 'changed his mind'

A 10th District Court of Appeals panel recently rejected a man's motion to withdraw his guilty plea on aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery and rape charges. Jamal West chose to withdraw the plea after he learned more about DNA evidence and how it tied him to the crimes.
