Toledo Legal News - News Legislation would establish Internet database of convicted criminals
A bill was introduced last month in a bipartisan, joint-sponsored effort by Rep. Tom Letson, D-Warren, and Rep. Matt Huffman, R-Lima, that would require the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation's superintendent to establish and operate an Internet database of people convicted of certain crimes.
