Toledo Legal News - News Clock runs out for woman seeking repayment of money loaned to her nephew

 

A 10th District Court of Appeals panel ruled on Tuesday, August 7th, that a woman's complaint regarding her nephew and his business associate defaulting on a loan was properly dismissed because more than six years had passed since the payment due date.
